Fever-Tree is hiring for a Business Development Executive (Brighton) as part of our UK Field Sales Team. This is a 12-month maternity cover. The role is field-based in Brighton, spending days out in trade and must hold a valid UK driving license.

About Us: Fever-Tree is the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers for alcoholic spirits by retail sales value, with distribution to almost 100 countries worldwide. Based in the UK, the brand was launched in 2005 to provide high-quality, natural mixers which could accompany the growing demand for premium spirits. Fast-forward to 2026 and for the 12th consecutive year, Fever-Tree has been voted the Top Trending and Best Selling mixer brand by the world's best bars. We are continuing to develop and innovate, launching new products in exciting categories such as alcohol-free, adult soft drinks, and cocktail mixers. The environment at Fever-Tree is fast-paced and requires initiative and proactivity to succeed.

Role Overview:

  • Start Date: June 2026 | Duration: 12-month maternity cover
  • Managing and supporting on-trade accounts within Brighton, driving growth with Fever-Tree’s vast portfolio into bars, restaurants, and hotels (individual sites & groups).
  • This is a remote role with weekly visits to accounts within the patch.
  • You’d be part of a small regional team, reporting into the wider UK On-Trade team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new sales & partnerships
  • Managing existing business accounts, ranging from pubs, key bars, restaurants, groups to iconic hotels and Michelin restaurants within patch
  • Management of sales process, including some wholesalers
  • Conduct day-to-day meetings with the teams where needed
  • Negotiate contracts with key customers
  • Work closely with main internal and external stakeholders
  • Involvement in wider sales & marketing processes in on-trade

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least some sales experience within past employment.
  • Experience in the on-trade or drinks industry is preferred.
  • Track record of success
  • The ability to build strong relationships efficiently
  • A strong understanding of their local area
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with main Microsoft programs (i.e., excel etc.)
  • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally, being a self-starter with a positive attitude and the desire to learn is key
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license
