Fever-Tree is hiring a Business Development Executive to manage and grow on-trade accounts in Brighton, driving growth with Fever-Tree’s premium carbonated mixers across bars, restaurants, hotels and trade groups. The role is field-based in Brighton and requires a valid UK driving licence.
Role Overview
- Start date: June 2026
- Duration: 12-month maternity cover
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and partnership opportunities.
- Manage existing business accounts including pubs, bars, restaurants, groups and iconic hotels.
- Manage the sales process, including some wholesaler accounts.
- Conduct day-to-day meetings with teams as needed.
- Negotiate contracts with key customers.
- Work closely with main internal and external stakeholders.
- Involve in wider sales and marketing processes in on-trade.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least some sales experience within past employment; on-trade or drinks industry experience preferred.
- Track record of success.
- Ability to build strong relationships efficiently.
- Strong understanding of local area.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs (e.g., Excel).
- Team player, self-starter, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Valid UK driving licence.
