Fever-Tree is hiring a Business Development Executive to manage and grow on-trade accounts in Brighton, driving growth with Fever-Tree’s premium carbonated mixers across bars, restaurants, hotels and trade groups. The role is field-based in Brighton and requires a valid UK driving licence.

Role Overview

  • Start date: June 2026
  • Duration: 12-month maternity cover

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage existing business accounts including pubs, bars, restaurants, groups and iconic hotels.
  • Manage the sales process, including some wholesaler accounts.
  • Conduct day-to-day meetings with teams as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with key customers.
  • Work closely with main internal and external stakeholders.
  • Involve in wider sales and marketing processes in on-trade.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least some sales experience within past employment; on-trade or drinks industry experience preferred.
  • Track record of success.
  • Ability to build strong relationships efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of local area.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs (e.g., Excel).
  • Team player, self-starter, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
