  • Team Management (Onsite Staff): Coordinate and lead onsite staff (coordinators, temporary staff, suppliers). Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood. Proactively identify underperformance and correct it in real time. Maintain high standards of professionalism and execution.
  • Operational Excellence & Standards: Ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsite. Detect and fix operational issues immediately. Maintain consistency and quality across all event setups.
  • Partner Interaction (Onsite): Act as the main point of contact for partners during event execution. Provide confidence, clarity, and quick responses to any situation. Represent Fever with professionalism and control.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Events run without operational friction.
  • Onsite teams are organized, accountable, and performing at a high level.
  • Issues are resolved immediately, without escalation.
  • Partners feel confident and well‑managed onsite.
  • Execution is consistent and aligned with defined processes.

About You:

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite‑heavy roles. Proven experience managing teams in real‑time environments. Strong track record in delivering high‑quality execution under pressure.

Skills & Mindset: Execution‑focused: you get things done in real environments. Strong presence: you can lead teams and take control when needed. Detail‑oriented: you notice and fix small issues before they escalate. Decisive: you act quickly and confidently in live situations. People leader: you know how to motivate and correct teams.

Nice to Have: Experience in large‑scale or high‑complexity events. Familiarity with operational tools (ticketing, access control, POS, etc.).

Languages: Fluent English required (local language is a plus depending on region).
