Are you ready? Qualifications Typically 3+ years of experience in automotive product development. Experience with conventional powertrain systems, including engines and/or automatic transmissions. Strong understanding of engineering development processes, component validation and production release. Experience working with automotive suppliers and customer engineering teams. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
