Were looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to support our North London stores by collecting and delivering customers' bikes for servicing.

Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely repairs, keeping our customers moving.

  • Days: Tues - Friday Hours: 32 hours per week
  • The Day to Day
  • Safely operate a company-provided van to collect and deliver bikes across London.
  • Follow scheduled routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
  • Handle bikes with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded without damage. Perform basic inspections of bikes before transportation, noting any visible issues.
  • Communicate effectively with store managers, customer support, and customers to coordinate schedules.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any required paperwork. *Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
  • Assist other departments as needed, such as stock and goods transfers.

  • Valid UK drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a van driver (ideally in a commercial or delivery role).
  • Good knowledge of Londons roads and neighbourhoods.
  • Strong driving skills with a safety-first mindset.
  • Physically fit, able to lift and carry bikes as needed.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
