Junior HR Business Partner Location- Hybrid Offices Central London Salary- £60,000 to £70,000 We are on the look out for a proactive and ambitious Junior HR Business Partner to join a growing financial services organisation who currently have operations across EMEA and globally.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to take the next step in their career for advancement as you will be involved with both operational and strategic HR across a range of people matters.

You will be able to roll your sleeves up with a blend of business partnering, project work and strategic tasks across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with leaders to deliver people focused solutions and help drive a high performing culture.

Operationally, you will be involved with partnering managers across the business with day to day HR guidance and support.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management and grievances.

You will support Managers with talent development and succession planning.

You will also be involved with projects which may involve reward, policies and procedures and supporting organisational growth and change initiatives.
