They are now seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting and prestigious project in Crewkerne, Somerset. This project involves a luxury new build and the refurbishment of a listed house set in the beautiful Somerset countryside over the next 3 years. Job Overview: The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of a luxury new build and refurbishment project. With at least 3 years of experience in similar high-end projects, the successful candidate will manage costs, budgets, procurement, and contractual agreements to ensure the project is completed to the highest standards.
