This isn’t volume house building; my client specializes in high-spec, bespoke refurbishments for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on projects with values typically up to £5m. If you have a background in the luxury market and understand the level of detail and discretion required when dealing with private clients, this is a top role with a highly respected firm.
The Role
You will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential estates and period property remodels. We need someone who is commercially sharp and can manage the complexities of bespoke, "white-glove" construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of luxury refurbishments from procurement to final accounts.
- Managing specialist subcontractor packages (bespoke joinery, stonework, AV, etc.).
- Providing detailed and accurate cost reporting.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with HNWIs, architects, and consultants.
