The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to move away from corporate bureaucracy and into a role where you have genuine influence? Our client is a premier specialist in high end residential refurbishments and bespoke, one-off new builds across the Cotswolds. Following a period of rapid growth, they are now looking for their first dedicated Commercial hire to join the senior leadership team in Oxford. This isn’t just a QS job; it is an opportunity to spearhead a department. You will be responsible for building the commercial framework of the business from the ground up, with the view to growing and leading a team as the company continues to scale.
The Role
As the first Commercial lead, you will have a seat at the table to define how the business operates. Key responsibilities include:
- System Implementation: Designing and implementing modern commercial procedures and reporting structures.
