Our client is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their Oxford team. This role is specifically designed for someone who wants to train, learn the ropes, and fast-track their career into full Project Management. If you have a relevant degree (like Urban Planning, Construction Management, or Design) or hands-on site experience and want to transition into management, we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Support the senior team on residential and commercial projects across Oxfordshire.
- Assist with project admin, CAD/Revit tasks, and document preparation.
- Attend site visits, shadow client meetings, and monitor progress.
- Learn to manage timelines, budgets, and health & safety protocols.
What we are looking for:
- A degree in a relevant field OR practical site experience (labouring/trades background is a huge plus).
- Basic knowledge of CAD, Revit, or design software.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
- Based in or very close to Oxford.
