Join Australia's Leading Civil Construction Team Due to a large increase in work acros multiple states, we are seeking experienced Plant Operators and Skilled Labourers to work with a top-tier earthworks contractor specializing in Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks, and Road Works. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent career growth, competitive pay, and training provided. Our client is operating across QLD, VIC, SA & NSW which means there will be opportunity for you to work in multiple states. What We Offer: * Work with a leading earthworks contractor * Upskill with onsite training from industry leaders * Opportunity to gain additional machine tickets & VOCs (Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy, Excavator) * Market-leading pay rates + overtime * Consistent 50+ hour work weeks * Career growth: Promotions to machine operation & leading hand roles * Work with SOURCR’s Best Construction Recruitment Company – Two Years Running Roles Available: * Leading Hands: Responsible for a crew of 1-5 people * Plant Operators: GPS Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Compactor, Scraper, Moxy, Padfoot Roller, Loader, Skid Steer * Skilled Labourers: Skilled & General civil labouring such as pit & pipe work, conduits, site prep/clean, assisting trades Your Duties: * Bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, batter work, road boxing, pushing/clearing, compacting * Operating machines ranging from 15T to 50T * GPS experience (Topcon, Trimble, UTS) preferred but not essential * Civil labouring duties as required * Standard hours: 6 AM – 5 PM, 5-6 days per week (50+ hours per week) What You Need: * Experience in civil construction or earthworks * Experience operating machinery (GPS experience preferred) * Experience labouring on Civil projects * White Card & Driver’s License + Reliable Transport (some sites are difficult to access)
