About the Role
We are seeking a high caliber Freelance Site Manager for a prestigious office to residential conversion in West London. The project consists of 28 luxury apartments (£1m+ unit value) requiring an exceptional level of finish. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented manager who thrives in boutique, high-value environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Oversee high-end internal fit-outs (joinery, stone, luxury MEP).
- Sub-Contractor Management: Lead specialist trades to ensure "white glove" standards.
- Logistics: Manage site deliveries and operations within a tight urban footprint.
- Compliance: Ensure all SMSTS, Health & Safety, and building control standards are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in prime/luxury residential projects.
- Strong background in internal fit-outs and finishing.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black/Gold Card.
- Ability to work closely with a small developer to hit critical milestones.
- Knowledgeable of software - Fieldware.
