Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing highly detailed, accurate cost estimates and tender proposals for complex high-end residential refurbishments.
  • Managing the full tendering process, from initial enquiry through to final submission.

  • Budget management and providing accurate, timely financial reporting to senior management.
