Fetch Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading main contractor to source a Site Manager for a flagship Design & Build project in Ashford, Surrey. This is the first project for a new client and represents the start of a major long-term partnership with a significant future pipeline.
As the Site Manager, you will lead a complex four-storey structural steel build followed by a high spec internal fit-out, situated in a logistically challenging location adjacent to live railway infrastructure.
The Project:- Structure: 4-storey structural steel frame, cladding, lifts, and firefighting stair cores.
- Internal: Full fit-out including mezzanine structures, storage units, internal finishes, and MEP installations.
- Location: Ashford, Surrey (TW Postcode)—Primary site considerations include proximity to Heathrow and the adjacent railway line.
Due to the site's location near the train station, this project operates under a Network Rail BAPA agreement. We are looking for a Site Manager who can navigate:
- BAPA Compliance: Managing programme and approvals risk associated with BAPA submissions.
