This hybrid-focus role is designed for a professional who can master the technical complexities of a modern facility while simultaneously executing the organizational precision required of a Production Coordinator. You will be the vital link between our world-class artists, the Engineering department, and the external clients who trust us with their vision.

Comprehensive Scope of Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations & Engineering Liaison: Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the facility, ensuring that grading suites and sound stages are operational and prepared for high-profile client arrivals. Manage studio hardware resources, assist with essential maintenance tasks, and act as the first line of defense for technical problems.
  • Remote Session Coordination: Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of remote sessions, including testing connectivity and preparing streaming pipelines for clients. Utilize and troubleshoot specialized streaming tools and ensure that the correct technical assets are secured for every remote review session.
  • Production Coordination & Client Relations: Maintain a deep understanding of the lifecycle of episodic and feature film post-production. Work closely with the local production team and serve as a key point of contact for external production companies.

Candidate Requirements: Skills & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure post-production environment is non-negotiable.
  • Workflow Fluency: Strong understanding of modern episodic and feature film pipelines.
  • Academic/Professional Background: While a degree in Film or Media is beneficial, practical experience and technical aptitude are valued above all.
  • Streaming Tech: Hands-on familiarity with remote connectivity tools.
  • Post-Production Software: Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Baselight systems.
  • Aptitude: A solid technical aptitude means you aren’t afraid of a Linux terminal or a complex signal chain.

  • Multitasking: Highly detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Diplomacy: A calm, composed, and diplomatic approach is essential for maintaining a positive studio environment.
  • Proactivity: A creative problem-solver who anticipates issues and devises solutions.
  • Team Mindset: A collaborative, positive, and “can-do” attitude is vital to our success.
