About The Role

The Marketing team is responsible for engaging audiences with EIFF 2026, promoting the vision of the Festival, driving ticket sales and participation, enhancing the reputation of the Festival, and archiving festival materials for promotion or historical use. Working closely with the Programme Planning team, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator and Designer, the Publications Coordinator ensures that all film‑related content is sourced from filmmakers and distributors ready for various marketing requirements, including images, video trailers and film promotional material.

This role is key to the production of festival communications material, the brochure and the website. The Publications Coordinator also ensures that all copy for the EIFF brochure and website meets high standards of readability, clarity and consistency of usage and is ready to go live by EIFF deadlines.
