About the Role

EAF is looking for a Curator-Producer (Parental Leave Cover) will join EAF to deliver a confirmed programme of exhibitions, events, and performances for the EAF27 programme.

This is a production and delivery-focused role, coordinating artists, partners, technical teams, and logistics to bring each project to fruition. This role is primarily focused on producing and delivering the 2026/27 programme, working closely with the Director and Civic Curator to bring exhibitions, events and performances to life at a high-quality level, on budget and on time. The role will co-ordinate artists, partners, venues, technical teams and the wider EAF organisation throughout the production and delivery process.
The role will also work closely with the Civic Curator and wider team where required, particularly during the festival period, while maintaining an artist-led, nurturing, accessible and inclusive approach to project delivery.
