A leading financial services business is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead the front office end-to-end hiring for the business. You will need a strong network in banking and excellent market mapping/talent pipelining skills to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with the C-suite and Head of Front Office to lead on the financial services hiring for the business.
  2. Successfully pipeline for senior level roles, actively headhunting and market mapping within niche areas.
  3. Advise senior leaders on relevant Talent Acquisition processes, implementing wider strategies around DE&I, Early Careers and Talent Development.
  4. Successfully hire core roles up to Executive Level, building strong relationships internally and externally.
  5. Collaborate with the wider TA team to support on the cyclical benchmarking process, advising on budgets for banking hires.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  1. Through experience recruiting within Financial Services, Banking is ideal – with a stable, progressive career.
  2. Have a passion for delivering, with the ability to manage hires from Entry to Senior Level.
  3. Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to represent the business internally and externally highly.
  4. Market mapping and talent pipelining skills are essential.
