My NHS Trust client are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly motivated **Senior ER Adviser** to join our People and Workforce team on a permanent basis. YOUR ROLE * Provide a proactive and supportive advisory service to line managers and staff, regarding all HR related issues including Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental terms and conditions and Trust policies and procedures.* Provide high quality advice and guidance directly to managers to facilitate the early resolution of difficult, complex or sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively managed.* Advise managers on the application and interpretation of Trust policies, procedures and guidance to ensure consistence, accuracy and best practiceWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU * Significant experience working within an Employee Relations, HR or People function.* ER advisory experience in a large complex organisation - ideally the NHS but we will look at candidates from the wider public sector* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.* Experience advising managers and senior leaders on challenging people issues.* Experience of working constructively with recognised trade unions and staff representatives.* Excellent investigation, influencing, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.* The ability to interpret complex information and provide clear, pragmatic and proportionate advice.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive People team and play a key role in shaping a positive, fair and inclusive employee experience across the organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
