This Organisational Development Specialist role is part of the Learning and Development and OD team and is a national position with regular UKâwide travel. You will work across diverse services, partnering with leaders and teams to improve culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted internal OD consultant, diagnosing complex organisational challenges
- Design and deliver thoughtful, contextâspecific OD interventions rather than offâtheâshelf solutions
- Support leaders and teams through culture change, team effectiveness and leadership development
- Facilitate reflective practice, learning spaces and systemâlevel insight
- Work autonomously while collaborating with a small, expert OD team
This is a role for someone who loves variety, travel, and realâworld impact, with the chance to see how OD lands across different contexts nationally.
What youâll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in an OD, organisational effectiveness or internal consultancy role
- Confidence working at senior and leadership levels
- Strong foundations in systems thinking, organisational dynamics and change
- The ability to work comfortably in ambiguity and complexity
- Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally on a regular basis (including occasional overnight stays)
- A reflective, ethical approach to practice, with excellent facilitation and relationshipâbuilding skills
- Sector background is less important than your OD mindset and consultancy capability but you must have worked in a large organisation
