We are looking for a proactive and creative Interim Recruitment Officer to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting outstanding talent to the organisation based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service while helping to build a strong employer brand and an exceptional candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify talent needs, develop innovative attraction strategies, and ensure inclusive, compliant recruitment practices across the organisation.
- Recruitment & Talent Attraction
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to appointment
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and create engaging job adverts
- Utilise social media and digital channels to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Employer Branding
- Support and deliver creative recruitment campaigns to position the College as an employer of choice
- Ensure job descriptions and candidate materials are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our brand
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice
- Share insights on talent markets, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends
- Talent Pipelines & Hard-to-Fill Roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and future roles
- Develop innovative approaches to attract candidates for specialist or hard-to-fill positions
- Represent the College at careers fairs and recruitment events
- Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Deliver a seamless, positive, and inclusive candidate journey
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new starters
