This role offers the chance to shape how employee relations is embedded into major change and transformation programmes, ensuring organisational change is delivered fairly, compliantly and efficiently.

Your New Role

As an Employee Relations Change Specialist, you will partner with transformation leaders, People Change teams and senior HR stakeholders to ensure ER is incorporated from the earliest stages of organisational design. You will act as a trusted ER expert across restructuring and consultation programmes, proactively identifying risk, influencing decisions and enabling confident delivery at pace as well as leading consultations with Trade Unions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate a deep technical expertise in employee relations, with a strong focus on change, restructuring and consultation gained in a corporate, matrix environment.
  • You will have proven experience supporting complex, large-scale transformation programmes where you will have led negotiations with Trade Unions.
  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level along with a strong commercial mindset, balancing legal risk with business outcomes.
  • You will have confidence partnering across HR, change teams and the wider business with a data-driven approach to ER risk management and decision-making as well as excellent communication skills, translating complex ER issues into clear, actionable guidance.

It is essential you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 month FTC working in a hybrid manner for 2 days per week in London.
