I am urgently seeking an interim OD / L&D Advisor for a renowned University in London for 4 months from August to the end of December 2026.
The role will pay a day rate of £250 to £275 per day through an umbrella company depending upon experience and will require presence in the office 2-3 days per week.
This is a full time role (5 days per week) and following significant organisational change will support the other team members as an additional resource.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced OD / L&D Adviser who has worked in organisations who have gone through major change in the Higher Education sector or wider public sector and who is keen and capable, with a "can do", positive approach whilst being sensitive to the environment.
- OD consultancy/delivery in conjunction with the OD managers. This might be team or 1:1 interventions or delivery of training
- Support for the OD manager on 'business as usual' L&D activity
- Provide 1:1 support e. g. coaching
- Individual tasks as required e. g. project management, support with event planning and specific activities
