Festival of Work is seeking an Interim Learning Capability Specialist for a 3-month role in the Civil Service, with a pay rate of Β£400 - Β£600 per day based on experience.

This hybrid role includes working one day a week in either London, Cardiff, or Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development management, developing high-quality learning solutions that link learning to measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting learning needs analysis and managing the learning portfolio effectively.
