Our media client is looking to hire a temp advisor for July and August to help with some volume restructuring and redundancy work.

You will manage the end-to-end redundancy consultation process and engage with employees, reps, and managers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. This role involves attending one-on-one meetings, taking notes, generating letters and manager briefings, and handling other generalist Advisor work.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven background of working as an HR Advisor within a commercial business where you will have managed a range of restructure and redundancy activity. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to working throughout July and August in a hybrid manner from the London office.
