A HR Advisor (12 months FTC) position based in North East Lincolnshire, offering a salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
Your new company: A large brand based at head office.
Your new role: You will join the HR team looking after the head office functions, as well as supporting colleagues who cover other areas of the business. Your role will involve providing advice and guidance in a supportive manner to the head office teams and Line Managers onsite. This includes mainly ER work, supporting in disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, and other complex issues as they arise, while working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment. This is a busy role suited for someone who enjoys working at pace to provide a comprehensive HR Advisory and ER casework service.
