Teesside Hospice is seeking someone to lead our HR, volunteering and governance activities for our new Hospice Group, working across multiple sites with 250+ employees and 500+ volunteers. We are at the start of an exciting period for our Hospice Group, and you could play a major part in shaping the future of palliative and end of life care for Tees Valley communities for years to come.
We are looking for a qualified and/or highly experienced HR leader, with a strategic perspective. Ideally, the individual will have an understanding of data protection and hospice governance, alongside volunteer leadership, but training can be provided if this knowledge/experience needs to be developed.
