A NASDAQ-listed global technology business with a strong international presence is hiring a Compensation Manager to join its global reward team. Known for its fast-paced, collaborative culture and continued investment in its people strategy, the organisation is building out its reward capability to support rapid headcount growth.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and business leaders across global functions. You will lead on job architecture and salary structure design, oversee global benchmarking activity and manage annual compensation cycles including merit, promotion, bonus and equity. You will partner closely with HR and Talent teams on offer management and pay decisions, support equity programmes and deliver insightful compensation reporting to inform business decisions.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a scaling environment. You will be proactive, commercially minded and confident working with senior stakeholders. You will ideally have experience within a complex, international organisation with exposure to high-growth or listed environments. Strong excel skills and experience working with compensation frameworks, benchmarking data and global processes are essential.
