Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will be part of a team providing a high‐quality HR People Partner service for Schools and Corporate Education services. This includes delivering expert advice on complex HR matters such as restructures, employment tribunal casework, escalated employee relations issues and TUPE. You will also support the delivery of wider HR projects and initiatives. Working in partnership with leaders, stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will help to shape and implement HR plans and solutions aligned to organisational priorities. Building strong, collaborative relationships with recognised trade unions, Governing Bodies and stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
You will be an experienced HR professional who can operate confidently both operationally and strategically within a large and complex organisation. You will have experience of working with Senior Managers and trade unions along with knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures and implementing best practice. A confident communicator, you will build effective professional relationships quickly and be able to navigate complex issues with clarity, sound judgement and a solutions‐focused approach.
