Bydd dyletswyddau allweddol yn cynnwys cofrestru'r cwsmeriaid yng ngorsaf Caernarfon, cyfarch teithwyr ar y tren, darparu gwybodaeth, ac adrodd straeon ffeithiol am y rheilffyrdd, gwerthu arweinlyfrau, yn darparu gwasanaeth lluniaeth troli wrth seddi, a chynorthwyo i ddarparu ein gwasanaeth moethus yn y dosbarth Aur.
Lleolir y swyddi hyn yn Ninas, ger Caernarfon, fodd bynnag efallai y gofynnir i aelodau'r tîm weithio o Borthmadog neu fannau cychwyn eraill ar naill ai Rheilffordd Eryri neu wasanaethau Rheilffordd Ffestiniog o bryd i'w gilydd.
Bydd gan yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus frwdfrydedd dros weithio yn y diwydiannau lletygarwch, arlwyo neu dwristiaeth a pharodrwydd i ddysgu, datblygu a chyfrannu at y tîm. Byddai profiad blaenorol mewn rôl gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid o fantais ond bydd hyfforddiant llawn yn cael ei ddarparu.
