The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways are two of the UK's most popular heritage railways, located in the heart of picturesque Snowdonia. Spooner’s is our main catering outlet situated on Harbour Station in Porthmadog, delivering a high level of service throughout the day. Our goal is to provide an exceptional service and experience which exceeds our customers' expectations.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to lead a dedicated team of front of house staff working in Spooner’s.
What We Offer
- Starting salary above National Living Wage, exact amount dependent on experience
- Permanent contract to start March 2026
- Guaranteed minimum of 24 hours a week, up to 40 hours a week during the operating season
- The pro-rata equivalent of 28 days paid holiday, inclusive of all
