Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager to join our team, supporting projects across Central Scotland.

The Electrical Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical and wider MEP packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal design, engineering, planning, commercial, and operational teams, you will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account.

The role involves coordinating labour and subcontractors, overseeing technical submissions and project documentation, managing project programmes and budgets, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects within a collaborative and supportive environment, with genuine long-term career progression opportunities available within the business.

You will be an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex M&E projects within the construction industry, ideally working alongside Tier 1 main contractors across sectors such as Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Data Centres, or Energy. With excellent technical, commercial, and leadership capability, you will be confident managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, leading teams effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

You will have a strong understanding of design and build procurement routes, commissioning and handover processes, Health & Safety management, and modern construction methods including off-site fabrication. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage budgets, programmes, quality, and operational delivery simultaneously are essential. Mechanical experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
