What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the Lab Manager with the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and excellence.
* Mentor and train new staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Perform all aspects of IVF and embryo biopsy with precision and care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and compassionate patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC Registration
* BSc in a relevant science field, a master’s is also desirable but non-essential
* Proven competence in all aspects of IVF procedures and embryo biopsy.
* Experience in mentoring and training trainees within a laboratory.
* We welcome applicants from experienced clinical embryologists looking to step up into a senior position
