We’re searching for a dedicated and driven Nurse Manager (RGN or Midwife) who’s ready to take on a leadership role with real impact. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and full HFEA/CQC compliance.
  • Deliver personalised patient care, including consultations, treatment planning, medication administration, theatre assistance, and scan support.
  • Foster a positive, motivated team culture while supporting the continuous growth and innovation of the clinic’s services.
  • Champion ongoing professional development, ensuring high standards across clinical practice and patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration.
  • Fertility nursing experience is essential.
  • Ultrasound scanning experience is required.
  • Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Deputy Nurse Manager looking for your next step within leadership.
  • We welcome candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds.
