What you'll be doing

  • Supporting patients through their fertility journeys with compassion and professionalism.
  • Performing clinical procedures such as IUI, Embryo Transfers, and HyCosy (for senior posts, includes ultrasound scanning).
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Playing an active role in quality management and the day-to-day running of the clinic.

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with active NMC registration.
  • Experience working within either Fertility or Women's health with an interest in exploring the fertility sector.
  • Compassionate communicator able to support patients through emotionally sensitive situations.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
