Provide technical support to customers both internally and externally, through a range of communication channels, establishing and diagnosing ICT problems/faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in ICT and technology. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and keen to develop their skills in a professional working environment.
You will be:

Salary: Β£16,705.13 per annum (A pay review will be completed once successfully completing the apprenticeship)
Monday to Friday (08.00 until 17.00) with half an unpaid lunch break.

Duties
As an ICT Apprentice you will be completing the following duties:
- First point of contact for general IT issues, including hardware and software.
- Handle queries and issues on all internal IT equipment, including telephones, clocking in system, fingerprint access systems.
- Ongoing training to develop additional skills to assist external customers.
