A wonderful opportunity has opened for a front of house member of our dental team. We are a long established, growing, state of the art dental practice in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. We offer a range of exciting treatments and pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality patient care and experiences.

This role is ideal for highly organised people who have excellent communication skills and are looking to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment dairy
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary (medical history)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, taking payments, and scanning documents
- Ensure a clean and organised work area

Ideal Requirements:
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
