Job Description
- Control numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hardâcopy documentation produced by technical teams.
- Submit documentation into the client EDMS in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain Document Control trackers and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs).
- Provide EDMS support for projects and departments.
- Conduct QA (Quality Assurance) document checking.
- Manage EDMS workflows, access rights and distributions.
- Assist in preparing and managing documentation internally or via subcontractors.
- Train project personnel in system use and document control procedures.
Key Skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence at all levels.
- Highly organised with attention to detail, capable of planning and prioritising workload.
- Experience in large project environments with multiple stakeholders, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and familiarity with EDMS software such as Asite, Mâfiles, Maxinet.
