Job Description
- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure Ferrovial complies with regulations and best practices.
- Contract Management: Be involved in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the client once the bid proposal is accepted.
- Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on aspects of bid request for proposal or tender project requirements and write specifications for tenders.
- Insights and Reporting: Gather and analyze data for insights and reporting. Prepare reports on specific aspects of bidding activities and provide recommendations based on data‑driven insights.
- Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for bidding projects, tracking costs, and identifying potential budgetary issues.
- Operational Compliance: Identify instances of non‑compliance with Ferrovial’s policies and procedures or relevant regulatory codes and report these as appropriate.
- Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high‑quality professional services.
- Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
