Descripción del rol:
Sobre el puesto: La misión del rol será programar y supervisar la gestión de recursos productivos y de personal del área mecánica, de acuerdo con los plazos del área y la planificación establecida, maximizando la calidad y el margen, de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos y estándares de calidad, dando cumplimiento a la normativa vigente y resguardando la seguridad y salud de las personas.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo para cumplir con los programas de producción.
- Realizar e introducir medidas para mejorar los métodos de producción, el funcionamiento de los equipos y la calidad del servicio.
- Analizar y resolver problemas de trabajo, asistiéndoles en la solución de problemas en su labor operativa.
- Controlar que el personal cumpla las normas y reglas de seguridad industrial descritas en el plan de la empresa.
- Participar en la Programación de la producción y responder por su cumplimiento en tiempo y calidad.
Requisitos:
- Formación Profesional o Técnica afín.
- Experiencia previa comprobable desempeñándose en proyectos de energía renovable utility scale.
- Experiencia mínima 3 años en roles similares.
- Conocimiento de informática a nivel usuario.
- Alta experiencia en interpretación de planos.
