Descripción del rol: Responsable de ejecutar y apoyar la gestión de compras de materiales, insumos y servicios requeridos por los distintos proyectos de la zona norte, asegurando el abastecimiento oportuno, el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y el adecuado control documental de los procesos de adquisición.
Principales Funciones:
- Gestionar solicitudes de compra, cotizaciones y órdenes de compra de materiales, equipos, insumos y servicios.
- Solicitar, comparar y analizar cotizaciones, contribuyendo a la selección de proveedores según criterios de calidad, precio y plazo de entrega.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con proveedores para coordinar entregas, resolver contingencias y realizar seguimiento de pedidos.
- Coordinar con las distintas áreas de la empresa la recepción y atención de requerimientos de compra.
- Realizar seguimiento al estado de las compras, verificando el cumplimiento de plazos de entrega y condiciones acordadas.
- Administrar y mantener actualizada la documentación asociada a compras, contratos, órdenes de compra, facturas y registros de proveedores.
- Registrar y controlar la información en los sistemas de gestión y plataformas internas de la compañía.
- Apoyar el control y seguimiento de inventarios, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales y la correcta actualización de stock.
- Elaborar reportes e indicadores relacionados con la gestión de compras y abastecimiento.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos de compras y abastecimiento.
Requisitos:
- Título técnico o profesional en Administración de Empresas, Logística, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería en Administración, Contabilidad o carrera afín.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio, especialmente Excel.
- Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP, contables o de gestión.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos administrativos de compras, abastecimiento o logística.
- Deseable experiencia en empresas de construcción, ingeniería, energía o rubros afines.
