AlertLine Administration: Own the operational administration of the company’s global Ethics AlertLine program, including system configuration, case intake, workflow management, data integrity, user access, reporting, and monitoring completion of corrective actions.

Investigation Oversight: Track and monitor global ethics investigations, liaising with investigators to ensure timely updates, accurate documentation, and case closure in accordance with established procedures.

Disclosure Management: Support Conflict of Interest disclosure programs by monitoring submissions, managing reviews and approvals, maintaining documentation, and tracking required training and follow up actions.

Reporting & Analytics: Maintain operational reporting and analytics for AlertLine activity, disclosures, investigations and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.

Operational Support: Coordinate governance committee activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation and materials, and tracking follow up actions and decisions.

Training & Communications Support: Support the design, development, and delivery of Ethics training, awareness initiatives, and internal communications. Contribute to materials for standing meetings and leadership updates and support the development and maintenance of Global Ethics documentation, policies, and procedural guidance.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of ethics processes. Support initiatives that promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance across the organization, bringing Ferring Philosophy to life in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certification in compliance, ethics, privacy, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, legal, or a related function.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and global teams.
  • Strong computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
