Ferrers Arms is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will lead and motivate staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and work with the management team to run a busy, profitable operation.
You will open/close, stock, and cash up, acting as a role model for service quality. The role requires initiative and the ability to manage shifts when senior managers are away. We offer a supportive development pathway within Marston’s.
