Working in line with Group strategy and UK&I business priorities, you will lead the planning and execution of our Institutional Affairs programme, helping to position Ferrero as a trusted, socially responsible organisation. Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and insight-led public affairs strategy, building strong and effective relationships with government officials, policymakers, NGOs, and industry bodies. You will manage and enhance our government relations approach at both national and regional levels, supporting engagement on key regulatory topics and ensuring Ferrero is well-positioned in all relevant policy discussions.

You will act as a subject matter expert across priority public policy areas such as health and nutrition, responsible marketing, and sustainability, providing clear, balanced advice to protect and support both corporate and brand activity. A key part of your role will involve leading on complex, high-impact issues, including responsible consumption, access to labour, trade and export policy, and strategic investment programmes, ensuring risks are identified early and managed effectively.

You will also play a central role in issue and crisis management, providing intelligence, insight, and guidance to senior stakeholders, and working closely with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all external engagement. Alongside this, you will support the development of briefings, speeches, and materials for senior leadership, helping to shape how Ferrero is represented across a wide range of external platforms and interactions.

About You: You will be an experienced Public Affairs professional with a strong track record of operating in complex, regulated environments and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders. You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with a proactive mindset and a continuous focus on improving processes and outcomes. You are confident working under pressure, bringing sound judgement and a balanced, objective approach to managing risk and navigating sensitive issues. Experience within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced sector would be advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of the UK&I regulatory landscape.
