We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager to support the delivery of sustainable, profitable growth across the business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing and Commercial Planning teams, you will use data, insights and market intelligence to influence strategic decision-making, optimise commercial investments and identify opportunities to improve customer and product performance. This role plays a critical part in shaping pricing strategy, trade investment effectiveness, product mix optimisation and customer planning. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing clear recommendations and robust analysis to drive long-term commercial success while ensuring alignment with company policies and governance frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and reporting of pricing performance across key customers and channels, ensuring pricing recommendations, discount structures and commercial proposals support profitability objectives.
- Provide visibility of trade margin performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the UK profit pool to support sustainable growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trade investments and promotional activity, delivering insights on return on investment and identifying opportunities to optimise commercial spend.
- Monitor customer commercial returns, support the management of customer agreements and trade terms, and help establish best-practice Joint Business Planning frameworks.
- Provide independent analysis of major seasonal activities and key investment decisions.
- Develop insights into product and customer mix performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin and volume outcomes.
- Support the creation of customer, brand and SKU strategies that drive profitable growth while ensuring commercially sustainable outcomes.
- Lead commercial reporting and performance analysis across relevant channels and customers, providing actionable recommendations based on year-to-date and forecast performance.
- Play an active role in the budget planning process, support S&OP activities through customer insight, and help embed key commercial performance metrics across planning processes.
About You:
You are a highly analytical commercial professional with experience in revenue growth management, commercial finance, business intelligence or a related discipline. You are comfortable working with large and complex datasets, translating analysis into clear recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and support business decision-making. You possess an understanding of P&L management and have experience managing volume, revenue and profit forecasting processes. You are confident challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement across commercial activities. You have some data analysis capabilities and strong Power BI skills, complemented by excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities. You enjoy working collaboratively across multiple functions and can effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience in trade terms optimisation, category management, key account management, project management or process improvement would be advantageous. Above all, you are commercially curious, detail-oriented and passionate about using data and insights to drive sustainable business growth.
