Ferrero is seeking an experienced Plant PMO, Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance, transformation and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operation at the site.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will govern strategy to execution, lead cross-functional projects, drive Digitalisation and Smart Factory initiatives, and build capability in CI and Lean. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a passion for operational excellence.
