We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland People team on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. Based at our Greenford office and reporting to the Head of People for Commercial, you'll work closely with our Sales and Trade Marketing teams, building strong relationships with leaders and developing a deep understanding of their business priorities. You'll play an important role in translating these priorities into meaningful people initiatives that support both business performance and colleague development. This is a varied opportunity where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting leaders through organisational change, developing talent and strengthening people capability across our commercial functions. You'll also collaborate with our wider People team, Centres of Excellence and Group colleagues to bring our people strategy to life.
Main Responsibilities: As a trusted partner to our commercial leaders, you'll provide guidance, insight and constructive challenge, helping to shape people priorities that align with business objectives. You'll also identify opportunities to strengthen leadership capability, support learning and development and contribute to initiatives that develop, engage and retain talent, helping managers navigate organisational change effectively. Working collaboratively with our Centres of Excellence and wider People teams, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of local, Regional and Group initiatives.

With strong commercial awareness and sound knowledge of UK employment legislation, you'll have experience supporting a broad range of people matters, from talent and performance management to employee relations and organisational change. Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation would be advantageous, alongside exposure to Sales, Marketing or other commercial functions. You'll be a confident communicator who builds credibility and trust, with the ability to influence, constructively challenge and support leaders at different levels. You'll bring a proactive, collaborative approach, strong judgement and the ability to balance strategic priorities with the operational needs of the business. Above all, you'll be passionate about developing people, strengthening business performance and making a positive impact through effective people partnering.
