We are seeking a Reward Specialist to join our HR team on a permanent basis, supporting the UK & Ireland region. This role focuses on the management, analysis, and optimisation of compensation and benefits programs, alongside cost control, reporting, and governance. You will play a key role in ensuring our C&B offering is competitive, well-administered and clearly communicated to managers and employees.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to manage employee benefits renewals, insurance schemes, and vendor relationships, while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role also contributes to key initiatives such as gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency and broader reward analytics.

With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will bring clarity to complex data, ensure financial accuracy, and support the continuous improvement of our reward processes, while keeping a global perspective aligned to Group standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer UK&I benefits programmes, including pensions, medical insurance, risk benefits, and DEI/Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contribute to benefits renewals and provider management, ensuring the offering remains competitive and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage costs, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and purchase order processes (SAP/ARIBA).
  • Monitor and analyse benefits spend and wider reward data, providing clear insights to support decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, ensuring effective communication of benefits across the organisation.
  • Support gender pay gap reporting, DEI initiatives, and broader reward analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the digitalisation of reward systems, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Support salary review processes through data validation, analysis, and budget management.
  • Contribute to job evaluations using methodologies such as Hay, Korn Ferry, Mercer.
  • Stay informed on market trends and best practices within the UK/I reward landscape.
  • Provide support across wider Compensation & Benefits projects as required.
About You:

We are looking for someone with strong experience in UK/I Compensation & Benefits, particularly within benefits administration, analysis, and cost management. You will have a solid understanding of the UK and Ireland reward landscape, including pensions and insurance.

You will bring strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data to support business decisions. Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice management is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Strong communication skills are key, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external partners. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach will be important to succeed in this role. Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, as well as exposure to reward processes including salary reviews or job evaluation, would be advantageous.
