About the Role
Are you ready to lead, shape strategy, and deliver results at scale? We’re seeking a dynamic and results‑driven National Field Sales Manager to lead and develop our Sales Force, driving strong performance across the UK & Ireland market on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will take ownership of the strategic planning and execution of our field sales activity, ensuring sales objectives are delivered through effective distribution, impactful in‑store execution, and ROI‑focused promotional activity. You will play a key role in translating commercial strategy into field execution, setting clear direction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring plans are delivered consistently and effectively. With a strong understanding of market trends and customer priorities, you’ll help position the business for continued success.
Main Responsibilities
- Skilfully navigate the intricate landscape of reconciling objectives with the bespoke goals negotiated by our Customer Management structure.
- Forge unbreakable connections between our area objectives and the aspirations of our esteemed clients to elevate our sales success.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Field Manager to bridge the gap between our teams and become the conduit through which vital information on activities and plans flows effortlessly.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the Customer Management structure to receive key insights, ensuring our strategies align whilst providing invaluable support to our accomplished District Managers.
- Ensure the seamless application of policies and principles at every sales point and be the guiding force that transforms concepts into captivating retail experiences.
- Oversee strategic merchandising, compelling promotions, and evaluate performance of merchandisers to identify strengths, address areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Lead by example, instilling motivation, and championing competence development, creating a culture where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in pipeline management, turning potential into reality and maximising opportunities.
- Leverage technology to strengthen customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive informed decision‑making; proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proven sales experience and initiative, taking charge, inspiring proactive solutions and forward‑thinking initiatives.
- Strong commercial awareness, impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driving licence, essential for a territory‑based role.
